The Gluten-Free EXPO, the nation’s premier event for celiac disease and gluten sensitivity, attracts more than 3,500 people annually. It is the only event in the country where you will find education sessions with top researchers, in addition to a giant EXPO Hall with more than 100 gluten-free exhibitors, cooking demonstrations, book signings, and more!

The National Conference is the premier educational conference on celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. We bring together healthcare professionals, biopharmaceutical company representatives, and thought leaders to discuss cutting-edge research and advancements in diagnosing and managing celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
